Tracking:

You will receive tracking information 2 to 8 days from the date of purchase. If you have not received any tracking information after 8 days, please contact us via email (support@vanance.com).

 

Returns:

Please request a refund or an exchange by contacting us via email (support@vanance.com) within 60 days of the delivery of your product. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will also refund the shipping costs of returning the item.
